When you register for a workshop: your full name, email, WhatsApp number, country, and optionally your university, student status, and how you heard about the workshop. When you use the contact form: your name, email, inquiry type, and message.
How it is used
Only to manage your registration, verify payment, send workshop information, and reply to your inquiries. Marketing announcements are only sent if you separately opted in.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party provider. This website never collects or stores card details or payment credentials.
Storage and access
Data is stored in a secured database. Only the site administrator can access registration and contact data.
Recordings
Live workshops may be recorded, and an edited version may later be offered commercially. Reasonable steps will be taken to protect participant privacy, such as removing participant names, faces, and personal questions where possible.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through the contact page.
